Client's Vision:
The primary goal was to design a rental unit with character—something that would stand out from the typical beige-dominated rental market.
Challenges & Solutions:
We set out to create a vibrant and eye-catching space using playful shapes, bold accent furniture, and patterned tiles. The result is a home full of personality, offering a fresh alternative to standard rental interiors. The living room is bright and airy, with a soft, milky base color complemented by three striking accent furniture pieces that bring energy to the space. In contrast, the bedroom embraces a deep, moody blue, with walls, wardrobes, and the bed seamlessly blending into one cohesive environment—designed to promote relaxation and restful sleep.
Challenges & Solutions:
One of the biggest challenges was an exposed beam cutting through the ceiling. Instead of concealing it, we turned it into a design feature by extending a white rectangle across the beam, ceiling, and upper portions of the walls, allowing the structure to disappear into the space visually. This project balances boldness and functionality, ensuring the home is not just stylish but also welcoming and comfortable for future tenants.

Our experience with Tadeh has been nothing short of extraordinary. From the initial vision discussions to the final unveiling, every step of our remodeling project was executed with precision, care, and an unparalleled level of creativity.
